This is a Peace Dollar VAM.

1A (revised) II 1 · B1a (Die Gouge in Rays, Doubled Reverse Rays) I-3 R-4

Obverse II 1– Horizontal die gouge in rays below B of LIBERTY.
Reverse B1a - Slightly doubled rays on left side below tailfeathers and below and above ONE.

Two die cracks also help with attributing the VAM-1A. One runs from the top left of the rays down through the right edge of the gouge. The other runs from the neck to the '1' and also splits off between the '1' and '9'.
