This is a 1922-P VAM-15 Doubled Top of Wing

Reverse B2k– Doubled top right edge of eagle’s wing, not as strong or long as VAM 7. Lower olive branch and leaves doubled on left side. Back of leg feathers doubled. 4 rays above olive branch doubled on left side, as are all rays below tail feathers.
